However, when listing a home for sale on public sites (i.e. the local MLS-Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.), a CASH OFFER would be much less probable. Typical Market Buyers will likely need financing, and banks take more time deliberating than we do. Due Diligence and Closing Dates would likely need to be pushed back, to fit the needs of a new Buyer.
This is the Home Inspection, Appraisal, Micro-Flipping & Funding period.
